AJ is very helpful in attending to our queries and request and even checked in a few times with us to ensure we have a pleasant stay. Keep up the good work! :) Villa is big and it's a good place to spend time with family.

Unit no sound proof. If neighbor party all night. Then good luck to your sleep

Love the environment and the place is clean too. My kids love it but hopefully next time there is internal staircase to go up ro the rooms. ? The staffs are nice and friendly too.

The high ropes course at the Adventure Centre here is amazing! Challenging and find chalets are also very clean and spaced out evenly that it won't be too noisy for each chalet. Close to many eateries and ATM's, very convenient.

Spacious relaxing lounges well decorated for unscale high tea atmosphere. Freshly prepared healthy ingridients with tender loving caring skillful cooking and professional warm services. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists expats locals visitors and families.

The toilet need better maintenance, wall has lots of spider web, towels and bedsheets looks well pass its life. What other better way to teach the children of life back then in the 80's

Booked here for 2D1N Beside the gathering was great and food was nice nothing much is acceptable to us here. Despite front desk Dinesh was prompt and patience the overall experience in this chalet is terrible. Exterior and interior need to be revamped.. Not a place for staying over. Villa experience:- 1. We booked deluxe (#D3). Villa is down, very horribly down. 2. There is no amenities, except 1 extra toilet roll and towel for 4s (see photo) and there is.No hanger for clothe either… 3. Deluxe had four single bed in 2 bedroom, despite the missing blinds, lousy bedsheet, and ceiling damage. It simply look like it just being arranged back to it original after previous user. Hopefully they did replaced the bedsheet ? 4. Toilet door anytime can fell off, rubber sealant already peeling off hanging around. Ceiling has a hole which very horrible hopefully it doesn’t collapse. 5. Bbq sink, table there are sauce/ curry/ food and left over everywhere despite having ants there are other insect loitering around the table and sinks which is extremely disgusting! We approach the staff to clean up again which i was told they will get the cleaner yet we waited for 45min.. but there no sign at all except seeing 1-2 guy sitting outside the office chit chatting. Tips: Bring your own disposable table cloth, min 2. Our first and the last time for such condition.! No worth for the amount pay.
