I've tried their traditional horse shoe puff (马蹄酥) and various other puffs. They are excellent! Do drop by and check them out, I was told even Malaysians come by to grab some of these before going back to Malaysia.

I was at the shop yesterday 23/08/2020 about 630pm. Bought 6 slices of cake for 2 families. Told the cashier that 4slice in a box and 2 in abox but was informed that the box can only contain 5slice but i need 6 slice. inform the cashier that its ok if its shaky. And was told that she need to go back behind to ask does the box cost money. So if i bought less then 5 slice, is she going to put my cake in plastic bag? i have never ever been to a cake shop and they will wrap my cake in plastic bag. what rubbish is this that the box might cost money, so does that mean you can sell cake but cant afford to give a box?

Cake price that I bought isn't that costly however staff never wear mask and glove during rise in COVID-19 cases. when speaking with me,I can accept that in the bakery place may feel warmer therefore didn't wear mask but glove at least have to wear glove especially when passing me cake and touching to pack the candle for me, courtesy to smile or say thank you,terrible,never did it. Music play loudly in the shop,speak loudly. When I feedback to 1 number provided on the website only,staff/lady boss answered when I let her know regarding hygiene and attitude issue she let me know that she didn't train staff to wear mask and glove? This explain why they only have 1 number to contact instead of outlet contact number neither do the receipt or even website or Facebook have the outlet number. Unpleasant experience,not worth buying from there,last time I will be buying from this outlet!

Poor attitude and service, waffle quality is very bad. They should encourage their staff to smile, will definitely attract more customers.

Walk pass the bakery at 6pm and attracted by the mountain of freshly baked french loaves. Taste great. The outer skin is warm and crispy, and the internal is soft like cotton. Nice. #eatwithky
