β β β β β Poor service received from the service counter. Was trying to ask how can I obtain the TraceTogether token, instead of helping, Iβm told to go over to the machine to help myself. Didnβt expect such services. Luckily another counter young lady help me out and gave me clearly instructions/informations.

β β β β β I did my first vaccination here today done by raffles medical and it was super fast n efficient..it only took less than 10 minutes for the whole process to get completed..the staffs was very friendly too..love the whole the experience ! ?

β β β β β Would be better if thereβs few parking lots for emergency purposes. Came down to accompany my family member but had to park at a HDB carpark and it was a little troublesome to walk to and fro.

β β β β β Its vaccine center is not elderly friendly at all. I took a Grab car there with my elderly father today to receive his second booster. The car was not allowed to enter and we had to get off at the road side. I asked both the CC and the vaccine center for a wheelchair and there was none. From the car drop off point to the vaccine center was about 100 meters. My elderly father had to walk the whole distance. There was no chair along the way for him to sit down and take a rest. Previously my father had his first three jabs at another vaccine center at Jurong West and we were provided with a wheelchair from the moment my father got out of the car. Our experience at Hong Kah North CC today was not like the Jurong West vaccine center and was definitely not a pleasant one.

β β β β β The walkway of the CC alongside the neighborhood HDB block, the lighting is very dim at night, potential risk of accident and crime. Next, visitors who are smokers always smoke along this walkway. I believe this area is considered as smoking prohibited public area, hope the management of the CC can look into the above issues to ensure residents safety and healthy.

β β β β β It is a large community centre with many amenities to serve the community here. Currently, the basketball court is being used as an vaccination centre. It is easy to access from the MRT station nearby, with a 10 minute walk. The entrance is located around the bend of the road and there are a number of recycling bins located outside its premises. Overall, a decent community centre.
