H	Havalina Wine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! The owner James Koh is a liar. I purchased a washing machine with 1 year warranty. After a week or two it started to leak and I went to ask for my service. Even though I had only used the machine as I should with clothes, James told me he didn't believe me that I hadn't misused the machine so I can't claim my warranty. He obviously doesn't know what warranty is. Also, it's clear when he sells you the machine he says you get 1 year warranty but he has no intention of providing the service (he makes more money that way). STAY AWAY. Many other better vendors who are honest.

No respond. Call also don’t answer. Please avoid purchasing aircon with this shop. Other products ok. But I think can find better service. FYI. I purchased cooker hob n hood n conventional oven. Prices are attractive but after service very bad.

To my dismay, my gal told me she bought the exact one at $1,025 with courts. Even after add on same day delivery and disposal of $50 with courts,my gal paid $1075 for all. The seller actually jack up $300 plus. So buyers out there be wise not to go buy from this store anymore. Please also spread the word and inform your parents, friends and relatives. The after service sucks too. Go patronize the bigger megastores with better service and attitude.

They are also selling on popular online shopping platforms under the name of monster923. Take note and avoid like the plaque.

Today I call and spoke to James and got my Sharp new two door fridge as i told James my budget . Paynow or Bank transfer transection nopt even need to go down to the shop. Delivery within same day as he aware of my urgency, thanks uncle ?Lim who go extra mile after his norm delivery timing. Salute to Uncle ?Lim small frame gentleman with many years experience in this trade. Price are better than other Big stores as the main supplies in town.

For over $400 . When call them, their price was $960 but they made my retired parents paid $1400 in shop . When I reason with them, they said this is normal . Big department store only selling at $1000. Not honest . Very disappointed consumer . They used to be very reasonable in pricing and have good service . Worst of all , they hang down my calls when I try to call.
P	P King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales man said I wanted the disposal of old machine. But I was just enquiring. He put it in invoice that if want driver to dispose then addition $10. Thought that was an option. Driver came and told my mum she didn’t pay enough. They did not ask whether we want or not to dispose. He insisted my enquiry shows I want. You can buy but just be very clear what you want and don’t want. Cos they will just call you crazy and be very rude esp the one someone mention his name earlier.. the j guy. I will not buy from them again with such encounters. If they can be rude what do you think of after sales.. I just hope all works well n I don’t need any more dealings with these people.
