***Unrealiable business*** 3rd February 2018 - Delivery was supposed to be on the 2nd Feb 2018 between 4pm to 6pm. Failed to deliver and when we called in, they rescheduled it to 3rd Feb 2018 2pm to 4pm - 3rd Feb 2018 failed to deliver, called in at 4.30pm only to be told that the washing machine that was already paid for didn’t have stock and we had to wait for a couple of days without a definite date. - was challenged to to visit their shop.

Myself, my family, my relatives, my wife side family members, my friends etc, we all supported this shop for the last 10 to 20 years ever since i stayed in Redhill Rd Blk 72 (near redhill market), then moved to Jurong East and finally stay in Yew Tee. Today 4 May 2016 took a leave & went down during office hour to order a fridge. Normally i'll get the boss's son (Mr James Koh) to serve us. As usual get used to his phone rings, his handphone ring. He always on the call, very busy and still very attentive to our requests.. However today I was caught by surprise on his total change of behavior. He was super rude today (4 May). Talk like hooligan style. A bit taken a back. Asked one question, he shot back rudely. Unlike last time he will be very patient to assure us this ensure us that. So i quickly get him to write the invoice, price also cannot negotiate further (last time still ok). After i left the shop, i feel i am not being fair to the rest. I browsed stores like Harvey Normal, Courts, Gain City, Best, Parisilk, Kong Tai Electrical Trading, etc and their service is actually not bad. In the end i returned the invoice to them and tell myself moving forward i must be fair to the rest. Moving forward today I will inform all my family members and my wife side's family member, all my friends, all my current colleagues and ex colleagues not to buy from this shop. Not anymore.
