If there were negative stars I would give it. The service staff are excellent, polite and professional. But the back end supply chain folks are the worst in the world, perhaps in the worst in the galaxy. I had a Maserati Quattroporte which had a radiator that needed to be replaced, along with a one other part. The quote was $16000. They didn’t have stock and had to ship it in. After 3 weeks I asked if the parts were on the way. They said I had to wait about 2.5 months more because they wanted to consolidate the shipment before sending by sea freight to save cost. In the mean time I was recommended to go to another workshop by a friend that handled all the supercars. They had all the original parts ex-stock and I was driving it again on day 3 after sending my car to them. Cost was $2700. Think carefully before sending your car to them unless you like them so much and want to give them free money.
