I install the RES-LOK Concealed Restrictor with them on all my windows 2 years back and i need to purchase the replacement lock key as i only left with 1 key. 2 keys broke while opening the lock. The metal key is thin and fragile that's why it broke so easily. Had a hard time trying to contact them as they always never pick up the call. Went to the Kaki Bukit shop today but was told they are no longer there. Called the Woodlands number and a lady told me to replace a whole new set as they do not sell any replacement key. I did went to lock smith and try to duplicate the key but all the lock smith told me they can't duplicate the key as the key is very short and not the normal regular key. Please think twice before you engage their services.

Key kept breaking and it was a pain to get them to replace it, and the company said there was a lifetime warranty for lock replacement if it broke, just pay 30 for labour. My lock broke, and they told me it now costs 3x more at 100 bucks. Unresponsive when I wrote back to question this. Unprofessional company.
