Hoods is TAFEP fair practice award-winner but wonder how they got this award if they never divulged project's details upfront with the talents. Rates also different. More like 'unfair work practices'. Rehearsal was a waste of time with no script. Script given 1 day prior to filming. On filming, still kept changing. Fickle-minded clients. Also called in again to audition for a drama but no etiquette to update talents if they're successful or not. When they want talents desperately, they would act sweet with them and ignore when talents don't get the roles. Anyway, the drama was completed with many roles. But all the lead and supporting roles went to notable and established artistes. I doubt these artistes would settle for a low rate? No updates on the project. CD just wanted the numbers to impress her directors and producers that she had done her part. The producer said will contact for future projects. Been many years and Hoods have done many projects too but still NO phone calls. Not expecting anything from this PH as they can easily get their circle of friends to be cast in main and supporting roles. Contacted me again for another role and to attend casting at their office without proper details so just ignored her. Be transparent with your talents, Hoods.
