★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horme claims that the R in their name is for Reliability, but these guys are not reliable. We go through company PO process, and they want proforma; 2-3 weeks into the process and finally paying them; they say only have damaged product. They won't even try to get a new piece. We got to take it as it is. Not like these guys are the only hardware shop around, not sure why they can be so arrogant. Waste people time. You are better off going to a store in person and getting it closer to your place. Don't waste time with Horme.
