1. i had sent in 2 bags for cleaning. Upon recommendation of the lady in the shop - was persuaded to change the color of 1 of the Tod's bag, a reference photo was discussed.
2. 2 months later, collected another bag - cleaning was ok; the Tod bag for color change was pending.
3. 3 months later, started to feel worried and chased the person in charge non stop. Reply came and a separate darker color was referred, had clarified multiple times; The shop provided explanation that multiple color coating is required hence need to wait more.
4. 5 months later, finally able to collect the bag; shocked to find the darker color was applied. Too late to change anything and there was a man at the shop showed very agitated attitude.
5. Strap was missing/left at the workshop. shop agreed to deliver but never fulfill.
6. picked up the strap with lighter color tone with the bag.
7. the bag turned out totally un-usable.
truly not recommended.
