How's Catering

Ordered the bento sets for company lunch. The cost was $17 including bottle green tea, salad, dessert. The sweet and sour fish was stale, fried rice was cold, cauliflower was overly cooked. The food was ready for consumption at 9:30am-1:30pm, for our lunch. No wonder it was cold and looks unappealing. The taste was mediocre and not worth it’s price. Placed order for the mini buffet for 60 paxs for the Mother's Day celebration. The staff, Daniel is friendly and had been very patient attending to any queries that i had. The food was hot and fresh when it was time for everyone to tuck in. Each dish was yummy and almost everyone was very happy and pleased with the food! Some had asked for the caterer's contact which i gladly shared with them. This was the second time i had tried the mini buffet by HOW's catering and thank God, it had been a very pleasant experience once again!

Forgotten to take photos… as the family could not wait to enjoy the food. well packaged mini buffet (self heating). very impressed with the whole set. clean and hygienic - hassle free! tasty & beautifully presented. only negative would be our suggestion for the vege dishes be cooked dryer as due to the heat (self heating pack) it tends to “sweat” overtime which results in soggy vegetables. I believe this would be a different situation if over fire for a conventional catered buffet. that being said…always trusted How’s Catering! loyal customer here!

I ordered the turkey & tomato rice from How’s Catering. It comes with all disposable plates and cutleries as well as the carrier. The turkey looks fantastic however it was not fully cooked at the inner parts. Anyway Im still giving 5 stars for their hearty efforts! Merry Christmas & Happy New Year !

I have been ordering several times from How’s catering for company event and family celebration. The salesperson Daniel replied to my request with great attitude and promptness. Overall the food is delicious, taste of food suits everyone. Delivery was on time.

Five Spice Tempura Vegatables ?? LIMITED EDITION Roulade Salted Egg Floss Let's talk about dessert first, shall we? (I know I got my priorities right! ?) Their sweet roulades were a hit with us and this time, their First ever savoury roulade hits us right on every palate! Encasing the usual soft and fluffy cake is salted egg crumble and floss topped with seaweed and sesame seeds - this sweet and savoury UNAMI combo has all of us reaching out for second and third serves even though we were already full from dinner! There is always space for desserts and this special roulade definitely deserves that precious space! ? Their food portions are really generous, if you can't yet tell. I was initially afraid the kiddos may not take to the Assam Pasta but they love it so much! It has this spicy fragrance that is so addictive that they even asked for more, as they washed down mouthfuls of the al dente pasta with fresh milk ? The chicken wings and tempura vegetables were equally delectable. We could smell the aroma of the wings already when we opened its box, and for the first time, the kiddos reached out for the vegetables without me having to nudge or ration! It's so popular with them that they were snatching! Definitely worth ordering!

I have ordered 3 sets of Magical Wonderland Mini Buffet on the 20th December 2021 for company's staff luncheon. Buffet comes in thermal bags, self heating disposable boxes and biodegradable cutleries set (including serving gears) nicely packed in 1 box. Do not expect the food quality to be the regular catering quality because HOW'S catering will prove you wrong! It is more like 5 star hotel takeaway standard (I believe their chefs are from 5 star hotels). One dish I would like to commend is the Beef Cheek. Meat is firm yet tender and won't stick to your teeth, perfect texture. Desserts were good, especially the cheesecake. Portion per set stated 8-10 pax but I thought it could easily fed 12 to 15. Menu is well curated ( after selecting from more than 20 caterers ). Sales Manager Salinah was friendly and responsive. Delivery personnel was also affable. Looking forward to their CNY menu !

Ordered the oriental menu and really enjoyed it! Comes with self heating trays with easy instructions. The beancurd prawn roll with citrus aioli was my favourite! I don’t normally like this veggie but their egg sauce was so good. The Nyonya assam curry fish head was also very good and comes in a very generous portion. Also noticed they are Halal-certified, I didn’t miss the non-Halal elements and I’m glad I can share this meal with my Muslim friends. How’s Catering sure can cook and they know their Asian flavours. Highly recommended!
