I should have read the comments here before I order. My company has a corporate account with this florist; so I just use back the same vendor (my admin is on leave) to deliver wreath for condolences. I ordered in the morning before 9am, it was not delivered at 5pm. I called at 5pm to track my order; only to receive reply that it has to delivered before 7pm. It is really embarrassing because my Director and MD is already at the funeral but our wreath is not there. Called again at 5.50pm, there reply was "i told u before 7pm!" i responsed "it is not nice to call the decease family to check what!" ask them to call me after delivery or take a photo send me after delivery but "no such service" Their system is very outdated, since they do not know the driver whereabouts, the least they can do is to take a photo and send to me or called me after it is delivered, I was told "no such service". Nowadays, technologies are so efficient that there are we can track on the delivery; even if there is no tracking number, the staff have a system to track the driver location and advise you on the delivery, some company will even take photos and send to you when it is delivered, or give you a ring to inform that it has been delivered. NO MORE NEXT TIME!

Have been purchasing the chinese new year hampers from this company for over 10 years now. Love the selection of hampers that includes Remy Martin XO, abalone and bird nest. The hampers are well-packed and elegant, my business clients has responded that they enjoyed them. Will continue purchasing their chinese new year hampers.

Overall pleasant experience as we have been engaging hoya flora for ordering hampers over the years. Their cny hampers are great for value. Hampers were promptly delivered with care and good service.

Recently ordered a few GMW-307, and am pleasantly surprised with the fast and friendly customer service. This is the only hamper company that offers Calmex Abalone and Courvoisier XO in their hampers and made my hamper gifting this year so much presentable compared to my previous years. Will definitely purchase it again next year! :)

Xmas hampers (ENW316) with chocolates and wine were reasonably priced. Neat and thematic packaging, friendly and efficient service.

worst experience with this company. Received their flyer and thought of giving it a try so ordered 3 hampers. They are fast in confirming my order and accepting the money, but after money is paid, they will just ignore your email. Requested an invoice/confirmation slip to show after the hampers are delivered but Joyce simply did not reply at all, emailed again and finally got a reply saying they will send the next day, but I did not receive any email from them ever since, half a month already past yet no news at all. No more ordering from this unprofessional shop, will stick to my usual vendor

Recently ordered a set of grand opening flowers for a client. Very pleased with the flower arrangement. The company logo was included and well wishes were beautifully written in Chinese on the congratulatory card. Thank you!
