Have very bad water pipe leakage (from corroded copper pipe at few points) till my kitchen cabinet door spoilt. Call HRD for quote. Raye (the technical expert) and Thann (the senior) are very professional to come down to assess what is required before providing quote in 2 days time. When they came to repair, both are present with their teams to ensure all works are professional done. The pipe needs to tunnel through wall (with big pipe blocking at corner end) yet they spent quality time to ensure all job are done well (full hassle free from me). Also very appreciate to Thann who helped installed the wash basin, who advised that the soft PVC pipe (to the floor can't sustain) and helped with hard PVC pipe. Can see the excellent workman work from him, and wash basin stands very firm till now. HRD quote is very fair and breakdown works into details (if need to engage to pay only), will contact them again if need future repair.

Good job at securing this shelf where some handyman are unwilling or unable to do. Exceeded my expectations of the fix. Will consider engaging HRD again.

Having had a bad experience with 'Handyman Service' in the past, I had my fingers firmly crossed when I called on HRD.As it turned out, my apprehensions were totally unfounded! From my first interraction with Ms Ng, who coordinated the work schedule, to Mr Raye, who supervised and led the on-site team, to Mr Tannh who did an extremely good plumbing job.....everyone was pleasant, friendly and attentive to my concerns and requests. The pride each one took in his area of expertise was evident - even the support staff! I was grateful for, and impressed with how scheduled times were adhered to, the high standard of professionalism exhibited and to the team's attention to details. I will DEFINITELY call on them again, should the need arise and I will not hesitate to recommend their services to my friends and relatives. Thank you Team HRD!

HRD team shown excellent service. Starting from my 1st contacting them to find out if they do reparing just part of my badly damaged kitchen cabinet where my kitchen sink is. Ms Ng responded immediately and addressed me what will and need to be done. After date and time fixed for their team to come for 1st visit. Mr Raye and his team came to assess and advise us on what is best to be carry out. Everything was done perfectly and we are grateful to have found them on their website. My kitchen tiles popped and I was looking for handyman services. Compared at least 4 to 5 companies and decided to go with HRD. Raye came for site survey and he is professional, patient and honest. Initially we thought it’s just simply removing the popped up tiles. However Raye prep us that there’s a probability that the other tiles will start loosening once they start remove the damaged ones, especially when there’s a lot of hollow tiles. He cannot tell us how much will be removed, it will depends on the situation. In the end 3/4 of the tiles were loosen during the removal, so we decided to remove all and replace with vinyl tiles. At the same time, we get them to replace our basin, mixer, toiletries tray, bidet hose, toilet roll holder and assemble one set of Ikea shelf. Raye also mentioned that their handyman are their own staff hence there will be no sub-contractors. On top of that, they are HDB licensed and BCA registered contractors (important to know if you are going to do flooring works). Jaherul and Muru are the 2 main handyman onsite throughout, Raye will come by to help them before he heads to other jobs. Thanks to other guy who came to help with the cement screed. All works are done in 3 days! The quoted price is reasonable, after seeing their work, it is really value for money. They will also be doing some works at my in-laws place in the coming weeks. Definitely recommend them and will find them for future works.

Have been using HRD Handyman services for the past 10 years. The team has never fail us in terms of professionalism. Even when carry out the replacement of the bathroom's ventilation fan, the staff is very patient to explain to us on the cause for the malfunction of the fan and carry out the job quickly. They did an excellent job fixing my grandmother's sink cabinet ! Not only did they fix it, Mr Raye, and Mr Thann also cleaned the drawers and replaced the wood out of their own good will for my old folks. My family and I are beyond thankful for it. Price charged is expensive and for what we paid, we expected better quality and service and more professionalism from the agency. Work was completed not to our satisfaction and the supervisor simply refused to rectify nor offer a discount. As an example, among other works, the glass door to our cabinet was tilting and we asked for it to be fixed. The photo shows the result AFTER the work done. If this was really the best that could be done, then the right thing to do would have been to advise us that a proper fit is not possible and not proceed the work. So, please engage with caution. Post-script: I see the response that the agency has posted. It shows how it reacts to customer feedback. Is this what you, as a customer, want when you say that you are dissatisfied with service provided and say that their staff are rude? The irony that they call themselves “Professional”!
