★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where you realize you would rather work with robots than relying on human. The finance industry, and HSBC here, really needs disruption. As a “premier” customer we have to wait for more than 40m to meet with a bank rep for the services (still no sign of when we can actually meet one). Some people fell asleep while waiting. Despite the packed lines of customer, the 3/6 customer meeting rooms are empty, aka not enough staffs. Save your time and energy to go somewhere else instead - unfortunately we r stuck here for some reasons. They simply don’t deserve your business.
Update 1: more than 1h waiting (see picture) and no sign of when the misery will be over

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a picture while on the river cruise and I see HSBC captured as well. Among other buildings I captured, this is no exception. Singapore is beautiful and these buildings too. It was so nice to see these buildings at night while on the river cruise.

Went to clarify the complicated t&cs on the website, and all I got was someone reading out the tncs to me. It is clear that the staff was reading it for the first time too.
Clarifications with backend staff was equally useless. They were clueless and giving out botched advice.
Avoid at all cost
