Sauna: It was dry heating room, I was expecting souna with steam. Ginger Tea: As cold as the hospitality of the staff Herbal foot soak: Juz warm water Sheer waste of time n money

Pressure was just right for me and consistent. My foot felt lighter after the message. Room has wifi and all type of cables to charge your phone. Theres a TV too. Front desk lady could be friendlier to have more or a come back customers. All in all, I like the massage.
B	Bloody Emperor - IRyS神社. Accord of BaeRyS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a package from them. It's very hard to book an appointment. Several times we called, either the receptionist wasn't around where other staffs manning the desk wouldn't be able to find out package cards or they said they've no access to them. If not it will be not enough masseur around. When the receptionist wasn't around and the staffs offered to take down our number so that they can get the receptionist to call back and follow up, no calls were made to us after that and when we call again, they said they've no idea. Massage by the masseur were fine. Just the service wasn't worth it. Even the services by those old massage parlors in people's park are much better then them. No more packages or any other massages by this joint.

Previously went , had a massuer which does not concentrate on massage and half hearted ( older male therapist).( Therapist at least need to be polite and be ok in Massage right?) And he is rude and provide poor service. Therefore , seek a refund and service recovery , do you know what the management says. ? They say refund has admin fee of $50. And then come up with new allegations and new story (in order they can save the refund ??), so they no need to give refund . Will you visit this type of shop ? It's attrocious. Instead of cooling customer down they add oil and fire ? Advice not to visit. Think 2 X . Think again. Spend money and receive sorrows ? Don't be scam by good reviews.

For foot massage, they even massage my calfs when usually other foot massages done by others doesnt do that, which is great btw. So great that i bought a package here! Cant wait to come back again :)
