★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son attends nursery at Hui Ming Child Development Centre for over 10 months now. He has learned to be more independent and has improved his communication skills. He was toilet trained within 3 months of enrolling. The fees are probably one of the most affordable in Singapore and the children are very well taken cared of! Highly recommended!
