I was hoping HuntStreet was able to sell my designer items. Unfortunately I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with their customer service. I followed the instructions on their website and arranged for a pickup for my items. I have a total of 34 designer items(all lightly used from top tier designers like Prada, Gucci, Fendi and Chanel). HuntStreet whatsapp me asking me for photos of the items which I dont have since they were already packed into a box. BTW...There was no mention of photos being necessary Plus if i have the time to take photos, I won't be using their HuntStreet Assist(HAS) program. They continued messaging me about their charges if the items picked up are rejected. Told them I am aware and fine with it. Then...came another message saying since I split the items into 2 boxes to be picked (one for shoes and one for clothes-for hygiene purpose), Huntstreet told me to pay the $20 via PAYNOW. This is Ridiculous, their website says it is free pickup for more than 20 items, why does it matter if i split the items into 2 boxes. What if the items are boots or gowns that are bulky? HuntStreet expects us sellers to shove our designer goods like trash??? They are blockheads...Huntstreet is a consignment store; instead of aiming to get designer goods into their store, they are more interested in the nitty gritty, especially when their clients are agreeable to charges for reject items. Potential sellers should AVOID at all cost.
