合顺鱼頭米粉 Hup Soon Fishhead Beehoon - 58 New Upper Changi Rd

One of the established stall inside 58 new upper Changi road market and hawker centre. I have been eating from this stall since I was very young. It should be around for almost 25 years. this is one of the 3 stalls inside this hawker centre selling fish soup. For me, i have always been eating their fried fish beenhoon with condense milk. Prices starts from SGD$5 onwards. I also added an additional 50cents for the fried egg. Love the broth which is very rich. Ordered the mixed fish this time round as there wasn't much fried fish left. Portion size may have shrunk over the years but the taste remains the same! Their sambal belachan chili sauce is quite good as well; spicy with a hint of tanginess.
