T	Tony Fang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience. Drove in for a routine oil change (Weekday afternoon, no appointment). Was served by a courteous and experienced old-school mechanic (Ah Chuan). No hassle and no fuss. He did not push for extra jobs like many of the new workshops do. All in took about 30 minutes. Price was reasonable. They don't accept nets or credit cards, but Chuan was gracious enough to drive me to a nearby ATM machine. The workshop has been operating for 20+ years (phone number on signboard has only 7 digits like the old days). I would have kept this gem to myself by, truly, they deserve a mention on Google. If you live near Yishun, you might want to give them a try.
H	Haritz AG. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is how you lose your regular customer due to your mechanic’s incompetency. Came in to check on a single misfiring cylinder. Ive requested to just change the spark plug first. Mech insisted to change the all 4 ignition coil. Was not convinced, decided to change ignition coil only at the affected cylinder. No improvement!. Came back the next day, insisted on the mech to change the spark plug and NO MORE MISFIRING CYLINDER. I ve also change back to the prev ignition coil and now i unnecessarily have spare on hand. I use to only approached 1 of the older mechanic. Hes more competent, realiable, listens to you, shows you the problem and the parts affected and very certain. But hes no longer working there. You expect your customer to spend money on the wrong parts suggested by your mech, its unprofessional. End up you let your customer pay more unnecessarily. And im also aware on how much the price was jack up from the price u got from the stockist.. Please justify the amount with a reliable service!
