No positive thing about the company. They only make false promises with people at the time of interview and once you are in with one year bond you will start feeling cheated.
Every 3 months change 1 role or can 2 role concurrently.
Good for people who just graduate, self research can become pro in the company, low knowledge management seek advice from newbie.
Boot licking is a must to survive if not get fired without reason.
No hr policies. Poor management. Work culture is too bad. Incompetent management, don't even know how they get in to that position, well there any many ways to land that position. No professional/career growth. Bond 1 year for such low class training.
Please don't apply for a position and start work with another position.
In my opinion racist company.
