★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to love going to this shop which sells quaint accessories and clothing. Until one day when I was in the shop the lady working there started arguing with a tourist and her kid. Apparently the kid had spilt water on some earrings. And the lady wasn't happy about how the kid was handling some of the merchandise. When the tourist defended herself, a guy who also works in the shop started yelling at her! All this in the presence of two other customers. The lady even muttered that she cant stand people from "that particular country" (referring to the tourist).
While the customer might have been in the wrong, it was not right to yell at her. More so in the presence of others. The matter could have been resolved in a calmer manner.
Sad to say this but I won't be back.
