I have been a fan of Hysses stuff since I was first introduced to it by a friend. I have generally liked essential oils and aromatherapy and they do have a decent series of oils with rather affordable prices. I like their salt scrubs, chakra essential oil series and hand sanitizers so I took the opportunity to obtain these items during their sale. If you are a fan like I am, it would be good for you to become a member and there's a 20% discount on your birthday month!

Hi Hysses, First of all, i will like to thank you for your fantastic products, and for this once a year, warehouse sales. Ever since i gotta know about Hysses, i have been using it ever since. I trust the brand which never fail me since. Keep it up! My experience for your warehouse sales is always great. Even in current pandemic with safe distancing in place, which you have also done a great job to keep us safe while we shop. Thanks a lot to the team. Overall, i had a great fun shopping for my stuff, but do have the following feedback for your improvement. Warehouse sales date - possible to inform customers at least 1 month in advance? Bought many stuff including electric burner, your sales girl was great, explained the usage and recommended the best burner. Only the specs for the light bulb was provided wrongly. - Probably a more comprehensive training? Thank you Hysses Team, and also for your great products.

Great Service and Products! I went to Vivocity last week and met Rowena in Vivocity. She recommended the Anti-mosquito Lotion Mist as I am very prone to mosquito bites. I wasn’t intending to make any purchases then but she was very pleasant to speak with and very knowledgeable. She wasn’t pushy at all but I ended up $280 poorer. The products that I bought are fabulous. The Anti-mosquito was very effective, which immediately stop my itch after bitten by mosquito. I have very sensitve skin which Rowena recommended me to try the Body Souffle. She told me that there are many returned customers with good review on this product. True enough the Body Souffle is very moisturising and my dried skin has improved quite a fair bit since. It is indeed a lovely shopping experience and wonderful products.

I would like to compliment your staff, Shallu for her great service! I visited your Marina Square outlet 3 days ago, just planning to purchase an essential oil to improve my sleep. I met Shallu who was polite, patient and listen to my sleep problems. She recommended me a few types of oil and I finally bought the Insomnia and Mental Fatigue to try. I was impressed when she pulled out a chair and gave me a simple back massage to relieve my muscle aches. With that, I ended up making purchases of Ginger-Peppermint Massage Oil, and Herbal Compress ball and Herbal Compress Burner. After the 15 minutes massage, I felt so much relieved and relaxed. When my massuer came over today, I gave her my new purchases to use. The massage oil and herbal compress were great. My aches almost disappeared and it is not greasy after the massage. Even my massuer fell in love with these products! I want to thank Shallu for her great service and congratulate HYSSES for your great service and products!

I am very sensitive to mosquito bites and whenever I get bitten, I may develop rashes and sometimes hives if it’s serious. My girlfriend bought this Anti mosquito lotion mist when we were out shopping over the weekend. And today I had a mosquito bite and develop slight rashes. I discovered that it is not just a mosquito repellent, in fact, it immediately stop the itch and has a minty cooling effect. That somehow helps to calm down my rashes quite a fair bit. I would like to recommend this amazing product to those who is always a victim to mosquito bites – just like me.

I would like to compliment your customer service staff, Donna for her great help on my online purchase.. I have been your VIP customer for many years and only visit your physical store to replenish my regular purchases. Today is the first time that I have tried to do my purchase online. I wrote to your customer.care as I do not have my member access to apply my member discount for my online purchase. Donna attended to me and guided me with clear instruction to get the discount applied. However, there was a product that I would like to gift to my cousin overseas and is not available. I contacted her again and surprisingly; she managed to get it resolved for me within a day, by transferring the product from one of the nearest outlet (as she mentioned). She even follow-up with the service to offer gift-wrapping and ask me for the message for my cousin. I would like to complement for her excellent customer service that makes my first online experience in HYSSES super enjoyable.

I would like to compliment your employee for her outstanding performance and at the same time, provide recommend the products that I have bought. On 24th May, I went to your Vivocity and the staff, Rowena greeted me with a smile and was extremely knowledge and assist me throughout my purchase. Not only I walk away as an extremely pleased customer (she made the experience even better than I expected.), the product experience after the purchase makes me a returned customer and I would like to share my recommendation with others too. I have been having some stressed out weeks due to WFH and the essential oils (Calming and Stress Relief) that Rowena has recommended helps me greatly in my sleep. I love the scent from the first “sight”. The Aroma Diffuser (Nebulizer) works great in getting the scent diffuse quickly and effectively in my room and now I have kinda dependent on it. I have also bought the Lavender Hinoki Shampoo and Scalp Tonic for my fiancee as he is having itchy scalp issues and been recently having quite a fair bit of hair loss (maybe due to stress too). Smell not only great but we saw a stop to his itchy scalp and small tiny hair starts to grow. Only little feedback for improvement is that if the scalp tonic can comes in bigger tube, that would be great! #Loves the items I bought! Hehe! My friend and I were at your Westgate outlet 3 weeks ago and we came back again today. I have wanted to drop a review since and decided to do it now as at both incidents we were impressed with the service of Jelene. In our first visit, we were looking for shampoo, conditioner and some essential oils but did not have any specific in mind. We were fortunate to be serve by your staff, Jelene. Not only is she conversant with your product range, we can feel her passion in her role. Based on her recommendation, we bought the set of Lavender Chamomile Body Wash, Shampoo and Conditioner and Immunity Booster Essential Oil. The Lavender Chamomile smells heavenly and extremely relaxing. I understand this series is hypoallergenic so when my sister bought my little baby nephew over and bath with him using this. He falls fast asleep after the bath. I came back to make more purchases today. For my sister, who also loves your Lavender Chamomile series now. A gift for my little nephew and sister! And oh yes, Jelene was excellent in gift wrapping. The present is beautiful. Going to surprise my sis over the weekend.. And bought many more essential oils and I like how natural and authentic the essential oils smell. Most importantly, it is relaxing and I love it. Kudos to both fantastic products and services HYSSES.
