★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a handheld vacuum from this company thru Qoo10. When needed to claim warranty within warranty period, was told that I have to pay for changing the battery. Couldnt understand as there wasnt any clause stated that warranty doesnt cover battery. Neither wa company interested to service the item for me. Gave me many reasons like the product is too low cost ro claim their warranty. Kept asking me to get another vaccum from them. I held back as I am really unsure if there is going to be aftersales service should this producr fail within warranty period again
