I Decor & Construction Llp - 81 Ubi Ave 4

A simple 5-room HDB resale renovation that started work in November 2020, has yet to be completed. It's now mid-August 2021. (Please refer to the images for the current status.) We have paid 55% of the total fees but the work done is only 20% after 10 months?? (Not even going to comment on the slipshod quality of the work that has been carried out.) There have been several weeks/months where zero work is being done for no reason at all. The contractor Patrick says it's due to COVID measures and manpower shortage, but that's not believable anymore. Our project is simply not a priority for them. Previous workers would even show up at our flat and ask for payment because the contractor has not been paying them for weeks/months, and they tell their workers that's because we did not pay them? Sounds like a scam. We will be approaching CASE for assistance to get our money back.
