I only ever seem to leave negative reviews for companies because most are terrible. They are horrendously late, never deliver the package and never communicate with customers. But I-Do logistics is a cut above the rest with their stellar customer service provided. They always call or text to say where they delivered my items. Never late so far ! Always gives the best possible service required. Keep it up !!

Was a pleasure working with Simon, he was more than accommodating with onboarding us as a client. The client on-ramp process was fluent and seamless. Enquiries were handled in a timely manner and effective nonetheless. Thanks for the great customer experience once again!

Was harassed by two of their delivery guys after they delivered my item from another company I ordered from in the middle of the night. These two guys came back 5 minutes after delivering my item and buzzed my intercom, demanding that I opened the door. When I asked for the reasons since they already delivered my item, they ignored me and continued buzzing and calling my phone 14 times in total. I could not take it and even told them to pls message if anything but they ignored and continued harassing. My mum who was home with me with in distress by their continuous buzzing and calls, we left the house eventually fearing for our safety. They knew it was just me and my mum home alone so I suspect they came back with their own ill intentions, could see their faces through the intercom. Feedback to Simon about my traumatic experience, which i believe is the director of this company, but he completely ignored my texts and calls, same for his employee Jonah. Guess they do not care about the safety and treatment of their customers. LADIES, do make sure you are not home alone when they are delivering your order or only accept their delivery during daytime for your own safety.
