β β β β β Knew them from fave. The reviews on there are good, but their hardselling was horrible. They cannot take a NO. Facial was good though, but painful extraction. Hygiene can be improved as therapist was using her hands to touch the machine befire touching my face.

Booked and reached on time yet waited outside almost 1 hour. Secondly, they super hard selling. Plus hygiene, massage & facial also not good. Not as reviews mentioned. Dissapointed.

β β β β β Had a spa and facial experience. Very good quality service and would recommend to all other new comers. I believe it would provide very good service to all especially the deep tissue massage. The plan price is also reasonable and would recommend to all who like to have a regular plan for spa.

β β β β β At your own risk. Bought package from Shopee for 2.5 hours and my session ended 30 mins earlier - even asked her staff in Mandarin, βwhy so long?(my husband who had 10 minutes longer)β. Did not enjoy a single minute of the session. The guy who mentioned about the rude blonde lady? Think thatβs the lady boss who prolly doesnβt care about customer satisfaction. Already had a bad experience in the beginning while making the appointment but had no choice cos already bought the session. Even had the audacity to sell their βGSS packagesβ. Nonetheless, my husband and i had a good laugh about this cos place is dodgy at its best. Kudos to you to even have a second branch.

β β β β β Also known as pretty 360 or immortelle 360. Went for the first session on fave and massage and facial was decent. However there is alot of hardselling right from the beginning. Hardselling for package (which i signed up for), hardselling to take up a more expensive facial treatment (if the first person fails then the manager will come up to try to convince you) and hardselling for massage packages. All these hardselling can happen before your treatment starts or after it ends. Sign up at your own discretion. Oh and facial stuff doesnβt feel 100% hygienic, saw them taking it out and washing it under a sink etc

β β β β β Never go for tis shop and don't be cheated by them! Also name as Pretty 360, keep changing their shop name as they areι»εΊ. The worst facial salon i have ever went before. Keep hardsell and force me to sign the package and cheating for the package after i signed it. Really a nightmare

β β β β β Super hardsell. Did massage and facial which are subpar. Told to top up this that during treatment which I didnt enjoy at all. After treatment was hard selling of package, freebies offered everytime you reject. From 1 salesperson to 2 then curtain was pulled as the hardselling got more aggressive.

β β β β β Keep changing their shop name and super hard selling. They have a promoter named Joyce which acts friendly but would push products to you and not let you leave. When I was doing facial, they actually pushed in the machine to make me have the free trial they said. After much persistence and helplessness, they proceed with the free trial. However, once the session ended, they told me that because I donβt wanna sign package so I need to pay for the so called free trial that was pushed on me! WTH really. I paid, left and never went back though I still have one more session. No thank you.
