★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pastries here are nice and often fresh. This is my fav for this kind of pastry in the neighborhood. The staff are pretty fast and the attached bubble tea place is a nice add-on since it's pretty affordable/good-enough too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auntie very rude. And waffles is horrible, no pandan taste at all. So white, no taste at all. Plus it is not even well cooked properly. Now alot places waffles really terrible don't know how to cook. Had to throw the whole thing away
