We have been using the iChef POS since we started out 3 years ago. Back then we were really unsure of what we will eventually turn/pivot into, but the POS has been flexible and, most importantly, easy for noobs like me to use and tweak. The support team from iChef has also been amazing, responsive and friendly! Great team, great product, great service!

Ichef POS is user friendly for all age group of the staff, we can create or update the menu whenever needed. The service is good and effective.

Have been using iCHEF for a year now and there isn’t any major issue I have faced. The front and backend software are user friendly, and they have great support teams and are always super helpful when I have any issue. However, I wouldn’t recommend the third-party integration due to the lack in flexibility when it comes to rejecting/accepting the order. It makes it tough to contact grab merchant service too when I have problem with an order. Also, grab has refused to offer their free photo taking service because “third-party integration are not included”. Also, I didn’t like the online delivery service that offered by ichef as well. The process is quite tedious and I give up using it completely. With the recovery of covid-19, I personally find it to be quite useless. Though iCHEF is still a great company, I would recommend small business owners to do more research and compare prices of different POS companies before deciding on one. Explore other options and settle on the company that fits your restaurant needs the most.
