Could not find any ICIC ATM machine at ICIC bank Singapore or neither around Singapore. Previously can find ICIC ATM attached to ICIC branch in Seranggon road but branch is closed. How to withdraw cash from ICIC ATM. Please advice.

Very fast and convenient NRE account opening. The official was very friendly, professional and made the account opening process very smooth. The process was fully tablet app based without paper work. Worst customer service ever. They are useless if you need any kind of help with your resident account. Opens at 11 and closes at 3pm, closed on Saturday Sunday so office people you need to use your annual leave to use any service from this branch.

Look at their opening hours, 11-3pm close on Saturday. While try sending mail and no response to email. Lot of useless and junk marketing emails received good for nothing.

Customer service representative is very calm and help me to open NRE account within short time. The process is just paperless and it's very convenient, just required original documents.

The staff and branch head in this specific Singapore branch are very friendly, helpful and professional. Opened NRE and NRO account and it was smooth.

I never thought a international bank can give such a lousy service especially to a PRO NRI customer with more than two decade loyalty with the the bank. Though at any time there services were better both in person as well over hotlines, now over the period it becomes bad to worst. No ownership of problems n followup. No consistency in response and no process and lack of internal record on issues. Right from senior people to junior no responsibility and absolute zero knowledge on customer care. I'm trying to remit money to India and wanted to open a NRI FD, but they are not interested in business and no one wants to help me out with my issues. I called hotline many times and they said they will support only US customers n not SG customers. I flown to India all the way to met the NRI mgr Mr RajNarasimhan got the worst support n he didn't respond till now. Here in SG branch I went n met branch AM Ms Saranya and staff Ankitha and conveyed all problems and shared emails and informations requested but till mow no courtesy to call me or even pick my call to give a response. I'm now seriously looking for how to close all my accounts with the bank. I would strongly recommend all fellow NRIs to avoid this bank if you want to have a peaceful life. Thanks. Balaji.

ICICI Bank is getting worse and worse in terms of providing customer service. They do not reply to email. They'll play with your account in terms of changing status of the account, and they'll also not call back, when you some how (after many tries) reach to them they'll say there system is under maintenance and you'll have to call back. (They do not even have courtesy to note down the query and call back again). Why they even pick up the call after 5 to 6 verifications and say system is down.
