I went to a few interior design company, we came a across Icon Interior from an influencer. We are extremely pleased with the service the ID assign to us Max/Matt was professional on his service he knew exactly what we wanted and can apply to our daily life but sadly we did not have enough budget to engaged them. He even assist to advise us on the cheapest quote we got though its from a competitor. In future I will save up more and engage them to reno my place. I've went to a number of ID and none has the service standard the same as them.

Unethical company! I engaged the services of Icon Interior for my home renovation in 2018. They installed a platform storage bed that is NOT APPROVED by HDB. I was only made aware of this by HDB when they came for inspection and this is causing me inconvenience in the process of selling my house. Not only did they inappropriately install an unapproved built-in structure, they completely neglected to inform me about it. As a client, I entrusted the renovation process to them as they are supposed to have the expertise but it seems like they do not know this basic HDB regulation. I reached out to Icon Interior and conveyed this issue via phone call on 6th April. They promised a call back on 7th April but failed to deliver on that promise. On 8th April, i sent an email to them. I have yet to receive any response, through phone call or email. No effort has been put into rectifying or even acknowledging their mistake. Engage them at your own risk or you might have to clean up after them several years down the road.

Marc combines design with practicality, and could understand my needs and offer sensible advice on what works and what would not. He was also able to reliably complete the project during the pandemic without breaking the bank. Besides the renovation, he also offered advice on decor, where to buy furniture and fittings, and things I needed to know as a first time home owner. He was friendly, patient and approachable, and I enjoyed working with him. It has been 6 months since I moved in and everything is well.
