t	triceps surae on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning to all those looking for an ID: STAY AWAY from this guy - Ivan Oh (IDISID). He is a scam one-man show and exactly the ID that you hear of in renovation nightmares. I would give him a negative 5 stars if I could. - Talks a big talk but it’s just all sales. Locks you in with an expensive design fee to start with, shows you plain designs and doesn’t give you what’s promised, and then proceeds to spin stories to try to bleed you - Full of excuses. Cannot deliver on deadlines. Goes MIA - Charges a significant fee for work he’s incapable of - Untrustworthy, compulsive liar even after you called him out on his BS (Seriously his chain of ‘explanations’ should be awarded an Oscar) - Shoddy works. Cannot project manage Don’t believe the things you see on his website and FB. Stay away from him.
J	Jacy J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got conned even though he was referred through a trusted friend. He could not deliver, gave countless excuses and even asked for payment on things he stalled on for. Totally regret choosing him, we only finally managed to move into our place a year after we got our keys. That was only possible because he MIA / we finally sacked him and got another ID to take over the mess. P.S - the aircon duct which his contractor did for us now gave way and caused leaks. We had to rip off the false ceiling and get another contractor to fix it. Hire at your own risk !

I have no idea what transpired, but my experience with this ID had been excellent. Ivan is very knowledgeable and detail orientated. Having used a few IDs before, what he does and how he does his job is way beyond all the previous IDs I've used. Having also referred a friends his way, I have only heard praises from them. In fact, I came upon this rating as I was about to refer another to them, and decided to leave this review. I don’t do reviews (this is actually my first) but I have to stand by my recommendation of IDISID (especially to my friends!).
