iFast needs to drastically improve their app and their customer service. Tried calling them on numerous occasions but just could not get to speak to someone on the phone. Answering machine just kept repeating 'thank you for calling ifast, please hold and we will be with you shortly'. very poor experience.

IFast customer service is lousy! Low efficiency and very unprofessional when dealing with broker account holding transfer. Stay away from this company and broker!

Good Morning to all today will be sharing my thoughts and opinions on my investment with Ifast investment. Have known Wee Send for almost close to 20years and was introduced by my Army colleague. Initial when approached was very reluctant to do the investment through CPF but now am very glad and my money has grown steadily with iFast. If not for Wee Seng I would have wasted the opportunity to grow my money. Wee Seng has been a family friend ever since who is always there when needed and also updated us on the investment progression and advise. We made our money through the investment with Wee Seng and his associate Desmond. They are just excellent with their beautiful smile provided with such a professional way in advising us on happenings . Now Desmond has been contacting me regularly with regards to our investment and also do meet up with Wee Seng occasionally to sign important documents.
