★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Woodlands outlet today at 1pm with my daughter and my sister. Me and my daughter had a haircut and it was done well. Unfortunately my sister had a bad haircut. It was totally unacceptable. Different from the sample photo she given. It was done by skinny lady. We will not come back again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an awesome time colouring my hair here. Eventhough the colour turns out to be different than what i expected, I'm still loving it. They're very friendly & it was a nice time 5 hours here. Hehehehe! Thank you so much for your great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came on Sunday for 1pm appointment at Woodlands outlet. The skinny hairstylist unable to fulfil my sister's requested hairstyle. Cut it shorter than the given example of hairstyle she wanted. My sister is dissatisfied with her service. Cut so much shorter than what she requested. She used hair shaver to cut my sister's hair which I think it's not appropriate. Totally different from the sample picture that she desired. Very very disappointed! What kind of hairstylist did you employ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kak Diana was very welcoming. She gave very clear and honest advise on what I should get and she is very knowledgeable in her field. She also discuss prices honestly and told me what is not necessary formme to do to avoid any extra charges.
I definitely recommend and would definitely come again. Very good hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did hair treatment (CNY Detox) here and the hairstylist is very polite and kind. She will explain each product before applying on my hair. The head and shoulders massage was done by her very good too. Recommended!

She was really patient and explained to me every step of the treatment, she also made sure I left the salon with the perfect length of haircut that I wanted. Diana was really professional and explained to me the promotions available. Will definitely come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here due to recommendation.. Atmosphere are great! Feel relaxing throughout the treatment. Staff Diana & Mar are genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. Staff recommended me shampoo that are suppose to use after coloured hair.. staff did not rushed in explaining the procedure of the treatment, they carefully explained to make sure I understand all. Staff did not hard sell their item.

A good service especially for introverts like me. Didn't feel stressed to maintain a conversation, yet at the same time managed to have exchange nice words from time to time! :)
