They will be all welcoming and friendly when you open your account but when you withdraw money from your account, it's worse than pulling teeth from them.
Suddenly there's a whole ton of procedure which was not mentioned or in place, have delayed returning my money for close to a month despite it being the SAME bank account registered with them.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Better brokerages out there than these guys; if you check out their other company reviews on Google, they will claim that they have no incentive to withhold the money, the question then is, so why are they still doing it? For those who are considering to open an account with these jokers, please read through reviews on IG Singapore to know just how difficult it is to withdraw your funds.
