My boys just started school about 3 weeks ago and they have both adjusted well and are happy to go to school. The teachers are friendly and exude positive energy which is very important. Thank you.

My children have been with ilham child care since they are abt 22 months. Now they are 5 yrs old. I have seen alot of improvement in my children ever since they join Ilham child care. Ilham child care is a holistic childcare for the children especially if you are looking for muslim childcare . I always believe the children must have a good foundation start at very young age .

When Ilham Child Care first opened at Kaki Bukit, we were very eager to enroll our daugther. She was 18 months old in 2014 and she graduated last year and all she remembers are the beautiful memorable times created in school, the bond that is so strong till date with all the caring, loving, passionate and truly dedicated teachers and staff who loves all the children like their own. We have never regret putting all our 3 kids in Ilham Child Care till now. Thank You.. Thank You..and Thank You.. Syukur Alhamdullilah.. BarakAllahu Feekum. May Allah reward you with kindness.. Cleanliness and hygiene - Checked Passionate teachers and principal - Checked Great curriculum and learning plans - Checked My daughter rarely falls sick, if there are any case of HFMD, it NEVER spreads. My son was in the school when Singapore was hit with the bad haze in 2013, I was assured that it is still safe to send him to school and they were right! When new kids was introduced to the centre, they were introduced in a very nice approach. Crying kids were hugged and given assurance to join the class slowly. Never have I seen crying kids being left alone. The CC also offered 4 languages and martial art activities to built confidence! I recommend the school to anyone highly

I have been looking for a good childcare centre for my son high and low and this centre has caught my interest. Ilham Child care offered 4 languages which i find it good for my son to start at a very small age. The teachers were all very friendly and patience towards the children when i was at the centre to observed. What is most important for me to find a good childcare centre starts from the hygiene. It is up to my standard and i'm happy about it.

Thoroughly pleased with the learning developments and progress of our children whom we have enrolled in Ilham Child Care East. The school ticks all the boxes for our requirements when we were looking for a place for our children. Our interests were piqued by their innovative approaches to learning and their interesting program offering enrichments and four languages! The staff and teachers are nurturing and empathetic and there’s almost never a dull day at school for the kids! We applaud the directors and all staff of the school for always pushing forward to be outstanding in what they do and keep things fresh and learning fun at Ilham! Keep up the good work!

Bad experience for my child while he was at Ilham Childcare. Basic care from teachers were neglected, child always came back home with heavily soiled diapers, at one time he even came home with heavy diapers which had dropped down to the knees already. Multiple messages to remind the teachers on such matter but after a while neglect happens again. Teachers lack training and professionalism while conducting parent teacher meeting. Instead of giving a proper update on child's learning progress, it seemed like a complaining session about my child. Have to keep asking and prompting what was being taught. Child's progress report shown also was a copy paste from another child's report as the previous mid-year report can be seen with another child's name. No effort at all, not sure if my child's progress is even tracked properly. The number of children in the class is also huge and it seems that the teachers could not handle the kids with low manpower. Kids are often seen running out of the class. There was once when I wanted to fetch my child and saw him playing with another child in the class without any teachers and any supervision at all, had to wait for very long to get any response from anyone in the centre to fetch my child. Teachers also keep asking parents to bring materials to be used for the lessons, seems like as if the school doesnt have enough funds or resources to conduct the lesssons. Overall, definitely not reaping the benefits with the amount of fees paid. Don't be fooled by the Free extra curricular activities which is only beneficial for bigger kids.

Hi I am new here! Working hand in hand with their marketing team. To give you my honest opinion I love the working culture here in Ilham, they are definitely growing into a really good child care centre with really good/strong foundation in terms of their holistics as well as good and amazing teachers/principals on top of that the staffs here are very nice and friendly they were so welcoming when i first entered Ilham. In addition, the directors and hr manager here are so nice towards fresh graduates, like they are willing to take in inexperience fresh grads like me and I am so grateful to be accepted here as finding for jobs during covid is not easy and they are always open for discussion whenever I have something to share with them unlike my previous jobs (intern etc). Whatever reviews was stated in the past I guess it is just the bad experience some people have encountered in their previous years but right now I am actually enjoying myself here with Ilham bosses/ staffs and the kids. Here they practice mutual respect towards everyone including our chefs and janitor overall I am having pretty good experience here tho. :)) Loves it ~
