Small 19 storey land parcel of 72 apartment units tucked at the quiet corner of Devonshire Road connecting to Exeter Road and Killiney Road. Easily unnoticed in the heart of town but shielded from the city buzz and noise. You are first greeted via a slope up leading to the development entrance, on the right side, which is often mistaken with the condo located on the left to it. Since it’s a small development, the lobby to your unit will just be conveniently located right after you have entered. Awesome city view if you’re on stack #xx-01 and #xx-02. Did not check on the other stacks facing the back. Location is really close to all the shopping malls (TripleOne Somerset, 313 Somerset, Cineleisure, Takashimaya, Centrepoint, Mandarin Gallery, etc...) and Somerset train station which is one stop from Dhoby Ghaut Station (3 lines - orange purple and red) and two stops from Newton (Blue and Red) and 2 stops from City Hall (Green and Red). Nearby amenities include 24 hour supermarket, Fairprice Finest, petrol kiosk, and convenience stores such as Cheers and 7-11. If you walk a little bit more you’d get late-night dining over at Killiney, Orchard & Cuppage. Layout of the #xx-01 and #xx-02 units are alright but you may need to do improvements to the layout of the washroom and parts of the units’ pre-set fixtures if you want to enjoy your stay more. Developer did not do a meticulous / stunning job to design the interiors back in 2009/2010. Generous balcony space for the #xx-01 units if they appeal to you and if you’re a alfresco person. Interior can be cozy if some effort is put in to enhance the space through some renovation. There is not much morning or evening sun entering the house for those who mind. The facilities include a mechanized car-park which sends your car to park, so parking is pretty fuzz free. Lap swimming pool of 25 meters long is good enough for a relaxing swim on days and chill-out, small gym with a running track and all-in-one machine enough for simple work out. BBQ pit is available for booking with some outdoor space.

Very good location, but can get very noisy if you’re facing the Orchard. Single layer windows don’t block the traffic noise, and there are some crazy motors in the late night.
