We learned about Vincent Tan from Image Creative Design through the strong ratings he received from his customers. Vincent ensured that our home renovation was executed smoothly, despite the ongoing pandemic. He offered interesting ideas, and even cost-cutting alternatives. Ever obliging, Vincent would always take our calls, even late in the evenings, and made sure that he explained any doubts or concerns that we may have. This is good customer management as renovating a home can be stressful. When Vincent was down with Covid, he brought in May, a talented designer to enhance the design of my home. She value-added with innovative ways of making use of space in my 1000 sq ft home. In any renovation project, there are bound to have hiccups and issues, but overall, the renovation proceeded very smoothly and we are proud of our home. Recently we got our own place and once we took over, we knew this was not going to be easy as there were lots of work to be done for an old 3 room resale hdb. Spoke to a few IDs and finally met Zen Ng of Image Creative Design. He assured us that he will do his best to ensure that our renovation will go smoothly. Zen has been very professional and responsive. He is open to our ideas and gave his honest feedback on things we want to do and how we could do it better without spending unnecessary money. He was patient and really helpful. We met with a few setbacks with our storage and movers and he has gone the extra mile to help us settle it to ensure we were not further stressed out during the reno period. We are very satisfied with the workmanship the contractors have delivered and Zen has made sure that all reno works are completed on time and with quality finishes. Despite the manpower crunch during the COVID period, everything went smoothly and quality is not compromised. We are grateful to Zen that we can have our comfy own home and highly recommend his services to all.

We would like to thank our ID Zen Ng from Image Creative Design. It took us a very long time to find an interior designer that we were comfortable to work with. We look through almost 6 to 7 interior designers. Then my husband met Zen Ng. Zen is very professional and creative and knows the do’s and dont’s . He gave me a house both practical and a modern design that we both wanted. And of course all renovation comes with issues and problems but then Zen always ensure that he is on top of it. I would like to thank Zen Ng For helping us decide certain things for the house when we both couldn’t decide or visualise. But I’m glad everything turned out better than expected. ID: LT (IG: lt.atelier) LT was the 2nd ID that we have sourced during our renovation phase and when we met him, we decided to contract the services to him immediately. No regrets definitely. As an ID, LT has been very patient with our requests, listening to our differing proposals and giving us countless solutions to compromise what we want. LT helps us to make every buck spent count, not forgoing the design factor. Not something that he would give up for! We are thankful for the professionalism LT displayed, and always under-promising but over-delivering during the renovation! Definitely highly recommended! We are blessed and thankful to have him as our ID and giving us a very cosy home to live in. Most importantly, we are very proud to say that the 3D design and actual outcome turned out 99.9% identical! ?❤

I was very glad that we chose Image Creative Design for our new home renovation and Vincent Tan as our ID. Vincent is very dedicated and focused on the job he does. He is very friendly, carries a lot of energy and positive attitude which made it a pleasant experience to work with him. We meet up a few IDs, eventually shortlisted Ariel from Image Creative Design Pte Ltd. She plans her work and execute according to the time line. She will share her views and challenge to our ideas when she find that certain things should not be included in the renovation which will eventually increase the cost of the renovation. Throughout the renovation process , she will make an effort to update us on the progress and development by furnishing photos and videos. Ariel is very meticulous and will make an extra effort to ensure even the smallest details are being taken care which make us feel assured that our unit are in good hands under her care. Thanks to Ariel , my dream kitchen finally turn out to be a reality. The whole house is now so cozy. Will definitely recommend Ariel. Good job Ariel

As we did not have any idea about the different activities involved and the associated costs, I was very nervous initially. I had many doubts as well. However, everything became crystal clear when I met Mr Vincent Tan, who managed the project. In the first meeting he listened actively to our requirements. In the subsequent meeting he walked us through the different activities and the associated costs thoroughly. Subsequently, we had several exchanges with Mr. Vincent Tan about the project before giving them green signal from our side to move ahead with the project. He was always patient in explaining the various doubts I had. During the ongoing renovation, he made sure that I get detailed up-to-date information regularly and anything that needed attention was immediately brought to my attention.
