They have a system that was meant to differentiate the purpose of visit but in the end, all counters are doing the same service. This may be due to lack of manpower but collection should be quick. For now, it's a 2 stars. * No public parking. Recommend drop off or public transport *

Collection process for both are fast, within 15 minutes of my appointment time. Waited for approximately 2 months for the renewal of my passport which is understandable given the high demand now.
J	Jacob Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment at 1400, checked in at 1327, and was finally seen at ~1530. To his credit, the officer who saw me was very helpful and efficient. I had to wait for another half an hour to get seen at the next counter, where the officers working there would just talk to each other until another one came out to tell them to work, then they would see people until he left. This happened on repeat until the what seemed like the manager came out and called my number. The overall experience was very miserable, and while a number of employees were working hard, there were many slacking off with the occasional period of work in between breaks.
G	Gerald Ang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makan Place located at level 1 of ICA building has pretty decent Muslim food (Noodles/Rice/Pastry/Beverages) at an affordable price. And taste pretty good for a mini coffee shop. Accepts e-payment too. Can try to dine here if you happen to be around
N	Nash Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reached at 7.30am, there’s already ~30ppl in queue to collect passport and 60 ppl for other applications. Queue x5-x6 times longer by 7.50am. Promptly went in to collect queue at the kiosk by scanning IC. I gotten 19 ppl infront of me. Waited roughly 15mins and got to my turn. Collected my passport and left at 8.20am! All in all took 50mins because of reaching early, but at the counter is really swift.
G	Gary Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understand there’s a lot of tension now and people can’t wait to travel and keep pressing the authority, staff and guys to get their passes, passports up and ready. Perhaps the ICA website should be updated more frequently to prevent a lot of conflicts and misinformation. Had a friend who went down today and queued for 4 hours only to be told to scan a QR code to expedite the passport to visit a dying relative.
P	Priscilla Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snake queues even for a Tuesday. Came to expedite my passport and joined the queue at 8:56am and only received my passport at 4:36pm. Better to come at 8am or earlier!! Come by urself so u won’t waste ur loved ones’ time if they don’t need to do anything at ICA>< Super long waiting time but the people there are nice so 3 stars.
