Firstly, overpriced services. Relocate data point $120, SCV point $120x2, labour to install small speaker on my living room wall - $80 each. What is this? They told us we could bring small things for them to install for us, without telling us that they'll charge for it. Lots of additional charge are placed on our bill without prior notice. Bad, just bad. Why do they do this.

I have worked with several ID before but no one is as patient yet creative person like Henry. His service is way beyond my expectation. Regardless of time, he can provide me feedbacks and respond to my comments anytime. Appreciate his work to my house so far. Fantastic works.

Great service and workmanship by Impress 21. Provides practical and economical advice and even explained to us why we do not need to do this and that. Saved a lot of money on our renovation compared to other IDs whom we met. Greatly appreciate Augustine’s 24/7 response and was very patient along the way. I engaged Impress 21 based on the recommendation of a friend. My brief was for the renovation of my 2+1 condo unit within six weeks after key collection, so time was of the essence. Major works included complete overhauls of both toilets and the kitchen, cabinet replacements in three rooms and painting work. From the get-go, they were already faster in coming back with the quotation than our other shortlisted ID, and with a slightly lower quote too. They also clarified our queries sooner, hence we appointed them. The work commenced swiftly and while Henry met with us initially, his staff Jane was our main liaison after that and she proved to be both extremely capable, knowledgeable and friendly in her service. Communication was open and we were kept updated periodically on the progress of the renovations. When unsure about anything, Jane was quick to seek our opinion and confirmation. The work was completed a few days later than I wished for, so it took about six weeks after I passed them the house keys but this was a small delay. The work quality was generally acceptable and Impress 21 rectified any small errors (like a jerky sliding cupboard door or slightly drooping cabinet door) quickly. I liked the other little ways that Impress 21 staff went out of their way to help us: finding the right ceiling hooks for my bathrooms after I had inadvertently bought the wrong ones; helping me connect my washing machine to the tap when I couldn't figure out how; helping me assemble my ordered storage shelves and clothes rack; etc.) Considering the price, efficiency, quality and level of service delivered, I would recommend Impress 21 Design for ID and renovation jobs.

It was a 6 months painful search for an ID Studio that offers quality workmanship and excellent service at a competitive price but not till we met Henry, Audrey and Ben from Impress 21 Design. Flawless is the word to describe the workmanship, particularly its carpentry. In terms of communications, it was always clear and prompt. For price, everything is transparent and no hidden costs (any additional costs would always be communicated first before adding into the invoice). Impress 21 Design is definitely my only choice for our future homes and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to build a cosy home.

Our daughter recommended Impress 21 Design & Build because she has always been pleased with their work. So my wife and I engaged them to build a TV cabinet cum feature wall, fitted cabinets and desks and other cupboards. We discussed our preferences of design and materials with them and they provided us with drawings so we could see that what we wanted was what they understood and will build. They also brought materials to our house so that we could select the finishes we wanted. The finish on the carpentry was so good and they did such a good job of fitting shelves into a tiny space making an otherwise unusable area into a useful larder that we added more jobs for them to do. I will certainly go back to them if I need more work done.

Engaged Impress 21 Design for my BTO reno; one of the best decision we’ve made. Excellent workmanship and account servicing. Audrey, Ben and team are very prompt in follow ups and replies. Their team of contractors are very experience and reliable. My place is completed within expected timeline and reasonable budget especially since many other IDs are charging extras with the pandemic manpower/supply crunch.

8yrs ago, we happened to do our own research and bump into Impress21. Met up with Jasline and Henry, experience was great, however another contractor came back with a cheaper quote and we went with them instead of Impress21. Overall we regretted the decision. In August 2021, we decided to sell and move to a bigger place, we shortlist a few contractors, but we decide to give Impress21 another chance to "impress" us again. Jasline was again assigned to us. Long story short, we went ahead with Impress21 despite the slightly higher price than the other competitors. During the process of quotation, design, Jasline gave comments and suggestion of what can be done in a much better way, Henry also chip in his opinions as well. As our timeline is very tight, We collected our keys in last week Nov 2021, Impress21 team managed to complete and handover to us by the 3rd week of Jan 2022. Worksmanship i would grade them 8/10. There were some minor touch up here and there needed to be done when we moved in. Impress21 did not disappear (unlike some out there) still remain contactable and able to take in all our request. Overall, the communication was very good (10/10), they did not vent a single frustration when i gave them pressure on certain things need to do well.. they also took pride in their work and make sure everything went well and proper. Would i recommend Impress21 to my friends if they need renovation? of course i will. Sincerely thanks a lot Jasline & Henry, i do hope we have chance to work together again. It's a great pleasure having you guys helping us to create our dream house.
