Overall a good and systematic company to work with part time. I would like to compliment Valencia and Siti Suhaira as they are very professional; both of them are very efficient at work, friendly and treat staffs with respect. However, Priscilla can learn to be more patient when leading part time staffs. At times she talks in an unfriendly manner and when directing part time staffs to a location she wants them to stand, she would just push them with her bare hand. For example, when she asked me to go into the ballroom to usher, she pushed me towards the ballroom door at the same time. This is totally unnecessary and would come off as rude and disrespectful towards the part time staffs. Instead, she should learn to simply direct staffs by pointing and giving instructions verbally in a polite manner. Another time was when I worked from 6am and some part time staffs and I haven't had our lunch at 2.30pm, so I kindly informed Priscilla that we haven't had our lunch so that she would let us have our lunch break. Surprisingly, she responded impatiently "That's why I'm rotating the break now what, we all also haven't eat..". I understand that it is stressful to work at an environment when there's so many things happening at once but as a leader, basic skills of handling and treating staffs with respect should already be there.

Working with IDG has been an absolute pleasure, specifically Suhaira and Kenneth! Not only are they professional in handling clients' requests, they are also very attentive to part timers' needs. The diverse clientele and family-like organisational culture IDG has built throughout the years has definitely shone through in the quality of their service they offer; truly exceeded my expectations during the time I worked with them.

Had worked with IDG for an ad-hoc event previously, and did a promoter event for CNY most recently. As I was starting a new full-time soon, they were very accommodating with schedule. I started working with IDG as I had heard from my daughter who has been freelancing with them, that they are very professional. Indeed, payment, work flow and response were good. I would work with them freelance again when there’s a chance to. :)

Took on a bi-weekly pay job but was paid irregularly, and late payments at times, and one time they even forget to pay us. We had to always chase and beg for our pay. Even during the last pay week, I still have to personally remind them 3 times to send pay by 11:59pm or I will not give chance anymore and sue to MOM. There is no excuse for them to pay us late, because in the private group chat for the job specifically, there's 4 admins in it. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked with. There are some admins that I like as they are nice and punctual with payments. But because of those 4 admins that work for In D Grey, they pull the whole company's ratings down and make the company look bad. They know who they are. Please be more responsible for your own job and not have your freelance employees chase you after their pay. If you can't even do such simple task, quit. Seriously, this will be the best solution for the company and the freelances. You are welcome. Director/High Ups who needs prove on the incident mentioned above may email me, I will be more than happy to assist in something useful like this.
