★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found a piece of clothing I liked at the Orchard Ion branch but it had a minor defect. The staff found that the piece was available at the Tangs outlet and called ahead for them to set it aside for me. When I got to the Tangs branch, Carol was waiting for and recognised me from her colleagues description of whom to expect. She gave me advice about using a bit of candle wax to manage the slightly sticky zip on the outfit. Excellent customer service all around. Thank you!
