Very rude and arrogant. Chase customer out of the shop and openly challenge customer to lodge complaints. Provoke disharmony, disregards COVID-19 Safe Entry and Temperature scanning. This is totally not tolerable in Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent $35 for a tempered glass screen protector, they didnt do a good job, screen started peeling within 2 days. Waited for 2 weeks for a replacement. After the replacement, the phone's biometric was totally not workable (it was working well before the change) . Went back to the shop and was told this was expected and was asked to make do with this defect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest shop. Bought 2 screen protectors for the iphone SE 2 at their Buangkok Square branch. After a week, noticed that the sides had air pockets, went back to store, they tried to rectify the situation by applying some "glue". Few days later same issue again. Called them, now they changed their tune, said the protector has no warranty, so no refundand they claim that all Iphone SEs version 2 have this issue. Will be making a complaint to CASE.

It was her pleasant, helpful and courteous personality that convinced me to make the purchase. There after, she was very kind to help transfer the data from my old to the new phone. In short she was cheerful, knowledgeable and patient, all the good qualities of an ideal counter staff. Many thanks to her.
