★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take your money elsewhere. I used Incorp's services for the good part of two years. During that time I would have to say that their support is amongst the worst experiences I've had. Annual fees and expenses are high but output is minimal. My account representative changed 3-4 times during the two years. Transparency is non existent, phone calls were rarely answered and took days to respond - emails the same. As the owner of a small business I'd have to say that they really attribute the bare minimum of resources to such models as mine. When I informed that I would like to close my account they said they'd like to keep me onboard and would "try harder" to better their services. Poor effort

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using InCorp for tax service for many years. They have been very good in guiding us on how to prepare the necessary documents needed and explain each step for us. So, we won’t have to worry anything about filing tax and submit AGM meeting minutes, etc., at all.
InCorp Tax Service Department really tried much harder to service their customers. In our case, sometimes during the tax season, we had to travel around to different countries, such as United States, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Frequently, we ended up with many communication problems with email, internet, etc. InCorp Tax Service Department tried out many different ways to reach us. They made sure we won’t miss the deadlines. If it was too close to the due dates, they even put it extra effort to make it in time.
On a scale of 1-5 stars, we are happy to rate our experience working with the InCorp Tax Service for a 5-star. We really appreciate their help. Very very good service.
