★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Repeatedly delayed delivery of the box with updates at the very last moment after wasting entire days waiting for drop off. Give up waiting and ask for refund of deposit and the only reply is 'soon'. How can you trust a company like this to handle valuable belongings in a timely manner?

Made arrangement for them to purchase from Indonesia and arrange delivery. Save almost 1/2 the price.

Delays and issue at destination (Indonesia) beyond their control cannot be pinned onto their service. Therefore, I think they are definitely the better company to use compared to similar services! Thanks for you wonderful service!
