Cannot enter camp via their gate at night, even though it was manned by guard personnel. Was told NSmen are disallowed from entering gate and was advised to walk to the other gate, that is the 3 Division gate that was almost 1 km away. To walk pass that same guard house to go to the reservist barracks. And best of all I was holding a camp pass that was issued by them not 3 Division. And not to forget the orders was given by a camp commandant. Wow.. making reservist experience an unpleasant experience. Not forgetting the way they treat NSmen like they are not welcomed there at all. Photocopier machine was not service aka not repaired for 3 consecutive years.. how to photocopy manuals that are double sided and a few copies . Tried using their photocopier at the "active" office.. was told I could not use their machine as it is off bounds to training personnel. Good thing I knew a senior officer that gave me the permission to use their machine. Not forgetting the limited computer that they have in the office and how to delegate work tithe staff when only office holders have the access card. I seriously do hope they have improved their processes and efficiency so that NS men could work effectively. Not struggle.thank you.... ROD Loh!!!!!
