★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HR did not support good morale conduct of the employee. There is no action taken. Very inferior standard as compared to Google Singapore, for example. An analogy will be as long as an employee's "crime" has nothing to do with the company, she is free to continue her "crime" outside the company. While a good MNC will kick out such person.
