★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible company, with a decrepit and rotten sales and customer service culture. Big software brands should avoid this distributor, whose staff are frankly incompetent and nasty from the top down. Staff seem to be hired on the basis of how poorly they can service others, the ruder and the more ignorant the better. Just avoid this company altogether, they may be big but we have found there are certainly alternatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cancelled my appointment out of nowhere 2 weeks after it was confirmed. I had already taken time off work to do the exam. They offered no explanation or any sort of compensation for the trouble caused. Terrible customer service.

Access to the place is normal during Covid period. Trace together and check in. Start the exam. Exam room is nice and quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero stars if I could but sadly the minimum is 1. Unified Communications team has poor customer service culture. Software brands please avoid this distributor. Very nasty and incompetent staff with an attitude problem. Rude and ignorant. Please find alternatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to take an exam on a weekday afternoon. Quiet, cooling and conducive test room. Pens provided all ran out of ink, but I liked that I could do some revision in the waiting area with complimentary hot drinks.
