★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service for water heater installation. They wanted to sell the heater separately and asked the 707 contractor to install it. Then, the 707 contractor asked for the switch to be changed before installing because it's old, telling us to find another electrical contractor to do it. Fair enough, we changed it quickly within 1 day. But on calling to notify the 707 contractor, he said he is busy and can only go next Thursday, an entire week later!
We called the shop sales and he said he had no idea and even told us to WhatsApp the tax invoice to the original salesman who sold the heater and arranged the installation.
Unreasonable. Don't go to them if you want to be frustrated by poor service attitude
