I have been coming all the way from Tampines to Bukit Batok because of the excellent service provided by Lily, Jenny & Tina. Their love & care for me exceeds anyone's expectation from a manicurist. They are always taking care of my health, advising me what to avoid eating. They are the best amongst all the manicurist from Innersense that I have been using since the time when they were at Galaxis.

I’ve been coming to this place for a number of years for manicure and pedicure as well as massages. The staff are very professional, friendly and more importantly, they have always made me feel very comfortable and feel at home. It’s one place where I have often gone to whenever I feel the need to relax, especially after a stressful time at work. Their therapist for massage has always done a good job at relieving the shoulder aches that I have been having. I like the way they do the manicure and pedicure too; they never fail to provide very good colour combinations for me; they always keep in mind the colours that I like and make their recommendations accordingly. I have been using this service for years for Mani and Pedi. They WERE very good, thanks to ex-staff like Lily, Jenny and Tina, who took pride in work and had a real customer mindset. I returned last month after a year. They have new staff, who although speak better English than the old staff, are really poor at customer care. They may be friendly to get you to sign on for more package. But they really don’t want to see you. The staff are more keen to get the job done, than do a good job. I had to make an appointment twice on a weekday to remove my gel manicure. I went a weekday early afternoon to have it removed. There were 3 staff and no customers. The lady who served me, took her time attending to me. She was in the midst of ‘cleaning her face’. And after all that she did not even mask up. She did not go through the usual soak and remove the gel gradually. She took the fast way out and just used an electric file to file away the gel mani and the top surface of my nail. When I questioned her about it, she dismissed it as ‘this is ok’. One of my nails was chipped and she did but bother to cut it until I asked. She said she had another client, when there was clearly no one there and 2 other staff members hanging around. I felt like I was an interruption to their day rather than a welcome customer. I am most disappointed at this drop in quality of service. I hope they will take this feedback seriously and improve. Not just for the sake of their loyal customers, but so the shop may continue to do well. Or they will lose many clients in this competitive industry.
