Sales and Technicians were all very friendly. Installers also did a good job during the installation. Aftersales department were patient enough to teach me step by step on how to view my CCTV.

It has been the most frustrating experience working with a company that does not meet the customers needs within the most reasonable time. All their websites mention that they are the leading security and they want to outperform the rest. That is far from reality! I have been having issues with viewing the cctv for the past 4 weeks but no solution has been given despite calls to the hotlines, sms and emails!! I wanted to configure it myself and called them for the relevant details. They didn't have the accurate details as well. Back to square 1. Now another problem crops up when the door access is faulty. Called in from usual number no one picked up. Used another number, went thru immediately. This time called back to say the charges I have to pay to fix it. The company is not concern about the welfare of their customers. They are only quick to reply when money is concerned. And their services are not cheap (including $80 transport fee just to come down, getting work done is another charge, and if its within 2 to 3 working days its another additional charge of over $100 if not you have to wait for 2 weeks plus ), and their solutions will only last for awhile and you have to be back calling them again. Have been using their services for past 2 years, its never been a smooth experience except when payment is concerned.Will never recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing.

Over priced and not user friendly for home users in my view. Installed Innotec's CCTV product for $1,800 two years ago. When I renewed my broadband plan and changed my wifi router, I realised CCTVs had to be reconfigured to connect back to the wifi network. I asked customer service how to reconnect cameras back to the new wifi and they said there's absolutely no way to do it yourself other than to ask Technicians to come down and reconfigure for you. The cost of doing so is $95-350 (before GST) for a person to come down for a simple task to "reconfigure" wifi. I asked customer service if there was any other way to deal with it (like instruction manual to do it ourselves) and they said no. First, I don't find the product reliable. It was prone to disconnection (average once a month) and we had to contact customer service to reset it back. Now it's ok. Second, customer service is poor when you need help, which I soon realise from Google and Facebook review that it's not a problem faced by me. You get warranty for the first year. But after that, you're left alone and have to pay at least $100++ for simple services because you changed your wifi network. Innotec "Solutions" definitely not providing any cost friendly solutions for customers at all...

Innotec is my go-to for surveillance systems. I work in a high-security building and I have liaised with Innotec on several occassions ever since they installed their CCTV system in my company 3 years ago. Their services have been dependable especially when I know I can contact the salesperson taking care of my account directly. Innotec's dedication to my company is also admirable. There have been situations when the system faces an error or malfunction and it wasn't difficult for me to reach them and for them to make me feel prioritized. However there were also times that they couldn't respond to my issues immediately and they explained it was due to their overwhelming amount of accounts they have to attend to. 4 days ago I installed a system for my new condo unit. The salesperson handling my account worked with me personally to secure my home. Their installation team also worked well with my contractor to make sure all cabling is neat and tidy.

the aftersales was great, they were helpful all throughout. they provide the product that is the most suitable for my needs and the installation was fast and efficient. the staffs are kind and friendly as well, they guided me step by step on how to use the product.

Charged me $180 because my router changed and their settings need to change. Best is at the arranged timing they never come down and the girl said she “WhatsApp” already. After which she say she will arrange and let us know later. Woah.... so much for service recovery

The worst company Ive dealt with all through out my professional career... Avoid at all cost so you will not suffer afterwards, Ive given them many chances but still no improvement on ANY service at all, theyre good on following up with payments (Youll received emails and whatsapp on different person) but MIA for issues and you need to chase them!... No coordination, Technicians are not well trained, Delays in deployment (Took 2 months), and many more... so please, Avoid dealing with them. As much as possible, I dont usually write a bad review, but I think everyone deserves to be warned.

I had engaged Innotec Solutions Pte Ltd services since 2015. They have been prompt and professional in their installation, delivery and renewal of CCTV services at my residence. I want to highly commend the customer service team, particularly Regina, who had been spending humongous efforts, time and attention to details to help me download my desired video clip since my laptop does not use IE. I did not expect that from a customer service who is doubling up as a professional and knowledgeable technician who advises and show me patiently and politely. Frankly, I wanted to give up following the many technical steps but her perseverance and professionalism won me over. I will sure recommend Innotec to my friends as a one-stop CCTV service centre. Thank you very much, Innotec, for your consistent excellence service and for going through the extra extra extra mile!
